Magic Socks for Cold & Flu
I was feeling under the weather a few weeks ago and almost forgot about this simple and effective hydrotherapy treatment!
Shown to boost white blood cells (these fight infection), and aid lymphatic drainage (get rid of the bad stuff). Here's how:
Before bed, take a pair of cotton socks, wet them with cold water and wring them out.
Put the cold wet socks on your feet.
Take a pair of dry wool socks and place them over top of the wet socks.
In the morning you will have dry feet. In an effort to warm up your feet, your body will get rid of the nasty stuff and you will get over your cold quicker!
