Vanilla Maple Acorn Squash


  • 1 acorn squash

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp avocado oil

  • Pinch of salt


1. Slice acorn squash and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.

2. Combine maple syrup, vanilla, and avocado oil in a bowl and drizzle over squash. Sprinkle salt on top.

3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping squash once.
