Focus Power


I'll be the first to admit that it's hard for me to stay motivated to complete paperwork when the weather outside is so beautiful! In the past, my go-to was to have another cup of coffee, tea, or anything that had caffeine in it. Now I know of other ways to stay focused that don't involve caffeine :) Recently I found this remedy in my natural medicine cabinet at home. This stuff saved me through endless exams (12+ finals/semester x3 years...) when I was in naturopathic medical school. It's been awhile since I've studied so I actually forgot about how powerful this remedy can be to help me stay focused. What are my other favourite concentration and memory enhancing remedies?
