

Hazelnut Milk
I cannot get enough of this homemade hazelnut milk, and it is so easy to make! Check it out: Ingredients: 1 cup of hazelnuts 3 cups of water 3-4 dates 1 tsp of vanilla extract (or more if you'd like a stronger taste) Nut milk bag Directions: Add water to hazelnuts and dates and soak for 8 hours in the fridge. Combine hazelnuts, dates, vanilla, and water in your blender. Blend. Strain mixture through a nut milk bag. That's it! You can even use the hazelnut remnants in the nut


Vanilla Maple Acorn Squash
Ingredients: 1 acorn squash 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbsp avocado oil Pinch of salt Directions: 1. Slice acorn squash and place on a baking sheet in a single layer. 2. Combine maple syrup, vanilla, and avocado oil in a bowl and drizzle over squash. Sprinkle salt on top. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping squash once.
